Rajesh Pandey has spent a long career in the technology sector and has been part of leadership teams of organizations like Quark, Hughes, NIIT and Onmobile.   In year 2017 he Cofounded a CPaaS company vCloudx. Apart from being part of the IT industry, he has also spent a considerable amount of time with social sector organizations.  He has also consulted a large number of organizations both in the business and social sector.  Some of his clients were, Accenture, Genpact, GIZ, Hewitt, IBM, Nokia, Reliance(RIL), Tata Chemicals, UNDP, Wrigley, and World-Bank.

Rajesh specializes in Organization Development and Transformation work.  A running theme throughout his career has been “Building Organizations”.  He has helped the growth and scaling up of several organizations of different sizes and complexity.  Some of his organizational development interventions have won National and International awards.

In his last assignment as Global Head HR of Onmobile, Rajesh was responsible for providing people leadership in geographies i.e USA, Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.  He was part of the Leadership team that turned around the loss-making company to a profitable venture.

He has published several books, articles, and papers on a variety of topics. He completed his graduation in commerce and post-graduation in sociology. He holds an MA Degree. He is a certified MBTI, OPQ, and PCMM Practitioner.
